Promotional Marketing Planner

Job Summary
Promotional Marketing Planner coordinates end-to-end execution of promotional campaigns across print, digital, and in-store channels. You’ll deliver channel-ready asset packages, create workback schedules, manage print production with vendors through proofing stages, and coordinate digital flyer setup and launches. You’ll also develop creative briefs, coordinate photography and asset inputs, and supervise channel proofs against briefs. The role collaborates with marketing, creative, eCommerce/digital, legal/compliance, translation/localization, store operations, loyalty, media partners, and external vendors to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely promotions. Requires 3–5 years in promotional/retail or integrated marketing execution, strong cross-functional coordination, attention to detail, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; proficiency with Airtable is a plus and familiarity with print and digital production workflows is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in promotional, retail, or integrated marketing execution
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Experience with Airtable is considered an asset
- Experience with print and digital production workflows (briefing, proofing, version control, approvals)
- High attention to detail in deadline-driven environments, with strong quality control and proofing skills
