Job Summary
Promotion & Communication Officer responsible for developing and executing promotional activities and brand/communications strategies. Duties include researching event opportunities and drafting proposals, coordinating with event organizers and vendors, producing written materials and promotional content, supporting internal and external communications planning, exploring opportunities to raise awareness among prospective students (e.g., school canvassing), coordinating advertisements in print and digital media, creating digital marketing campaigns (SEO and social media), maintaining brand standards, and collaborating with multiple units to ensure cohesive messaging and effective campaigns. The role also involves media relations activities (managing relationships with local and national media), data maintenance for prospective customers, and contributing to marketing communications programs. Education required: Bachelor's Degree; Experience: minimum 2 years.
