Proliferation Analyst

Job Summary
Conduct all-source analysis of foreign conventional warfare programs and supply chain vulnerabilities to support U.S. counter proliferation efforts. Produce analytic assessments for the IC, DoD, and allied agencies on arms control, exploitation planning, and defense economics. Research proliferation trends, develop network development analysis, and validate actionable intelligence on legal and illegal weapons transfers. Identify intelligence gaps, specify collection requirements, and provide briefing input to policymakers on key trends. Collaborate with Intelligence Community, DoD, and law enforcement analysts to forge partnerships and execute analyst-assisted collection targeting.
Required Qualifications
- United States Citizen
- TS/SCI W/CI Poly clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience with all-source analytics
- 12+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of experience producing finished intelligence products
- Demonstrated experience briefing policymakers on key trends
- Demonstrated experience performing supply chain vulnerability analysis
- Demonstrated experience conducting analysis of networks/organizations/government entities enabling/participating in legal and illegal weapons transfers
- Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) TS/SCI Clearance
- Up to 10% travel

- Knowledge of foundational military intelligence and military capabilities
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
