Job Summary
Coordinate project development and execution for new construction and renovation projects, managing the full spectrum from tender procedures to realization concepts. Lead project management activities according to AHO standards while representing the client, ensuring documentation aligns with quality, cost, and timeline specifications. Direct internal and external stakeholders to optimize performance and drive continuous process improvement. Requires a degree in architecture, civil engineering, or industrial engineering with proven experience in complex construction projects across all performance phases 1–9. Full-time or part-time role based on client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur, des Bauingenieurwesens oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens mit Schwerpunkt Bau
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Bauprojekte über alle Leistungsphasen 1–9
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der HOAI, AHO sowie des Bau- und Vergaberechts
- Strukturiert, zuverlässig und flexibel – mit einem konsequenten Fokus auf Ergebnis- und Kostenorientierung
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, hohes Engagement und ein starkes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Ausgeprägtes Organisations- und Zeitmanagement – auch in einem komplexen, interdisziplinären Projektumfeld
