Projektmanager / Solution Engineer (m/w/d)

Own end-to-end responsibility for customer projects from kickoff to successful Go-Live by defining project goals, workstreams, and timelines while leading structured workshops and onboarding sessions. Serve as the central interface between customers, business, and tech teams, translating user requirements into actionable plans and coordinating internal and external stakeholders. Act as the primary contact ensuring clear communication and work closely with Product and Engineering to prioritize needs and ensure customer feedback flows back into the product. Step in directly to address critical issues involving data logic, analytical questions, or minor technical adjustments using SQL, Python, or API checks as needed. Manage the full project lifecycle with a focus on structure and efficiency within our rapidly growing AI startup.
