Operate and implement automation projects in the international machinery sector, managing requirements through rollout while coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external vendors. Ensure time, budget, and quality targets across all phases by analyzing existing processes, deriving software requirements with engineering, and handling claim and change management. Prepare and lead project workshops, status meetings, and training sessions, while documenting, monitoring progress, and reporting to management. Manage interculturally diverse teams and handle international project assignments.
