Job Summary
Prepare and accompany certification processes and associated data management for oncological care facilities at national and international levels. Collaborate with external expert bodies on various certification projects, participate in training workshops for clinic staff and auditors, and serve as the contact point for a pool of over 300 specialist physicians. Support auditors during on-site clinic audits and monitor certification results including benchmarking systems. Requires a completed vocational training or degree in health, nursing, medical, or information technology fields, combined with practical healthcare experience. Full-time position with flexible working hours in Ulm/Neu-Ulm.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung / Studium im gesundheits- bzw. pflegewissenschaftlichen, medizinischen oder informationstechnologischen Bereich
- praktische Erfahrungen im Gesundheitsbereich
- Bereitschaft sich mit den Strukturen und Richtlinien des Gesundheitswesens sowie wichtigsten Begrifflichkeiten im medizinischen Umfeld vertraut zu machen
- analytische, strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Kompetenz komplexe Sachverhalte professionell zu kommunizieren als auch visuell darzustellen
- stark ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis
- Hands-on-Mentalität
- Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Konflikt- und Kritikfähigkeit
- routinierte Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere mit Word und PowerPoint
- vertrauensvoller Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
- Interesse an onkologischen Versorgungsstrukturen und Gesundheitspolitik
