Job Summary
Manage planning and implementation of complex infrastructure projects, steering budgets, schedules, resources, and quality while leading interdisciplinary teams and collaborating with stakeholders. Execute project controlling, reporting, and communication with all parties, handling contract and change order management to ensure defined project goals. Structure, schedule, and oversee all planning and execution phases across the entire project lifecycle, including cost management, quality assurance, and risk assessment. Assist with tendering and award processes in coordination with relevant departments. Requires a degree in civil engineering or project management, experience in infrastructure projects, and proficiency in project management systems.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Projektmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung (z. B. Elektrotechnik, TGA, Verkehrswesen)
- Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Infrastrukturprojekte
Desired Qualifications
- mit Bezug zum Bahnumfeld wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse in HOAI, VOB, AHO, bautechnischen Richtlinien und relevanten EBA-Vorgaben
- vertraut mit Projektmanagementsystemen (z. B. MS Project, Primavera, SAP PPM)
- Kenntnisse im Bauvertragsrecht (BGB, VOB/B, Claim Management)
- ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, technisches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung in der Bewertung Planungs- und Freigabeprozesse
- Führungskompetenz, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine strukturierte, detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
