Job Summary
Manage the commercial and technical execution of complex service projects within the Domain Distribution area, acting as the primary contact for RMR (Retrofits/Modifications/Revisions) initiatives. Lead multidisciplinary project teams to ensure strict adherence to time, quality, and budget plans while preparing STO documentation and coordinating handovers to the Service Department. Collaborate closely with sales teams to guarantee delivered services match agreements, effectively manage project risks and opportunities, and optimize economic resources. Define success criteria, conduct regular reporting, and monitor project progress. Requires a technical degree in logistics, mechanical engineering, or similar, plus proven experience in intralogistics project leadership. Flexible working hours and a hybrid model are available.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Logistik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Praxiserfahrung in der Leitung anspruchsvoller Anlagenprojekte, im Umfeld der Intralogistik oder eines ähnlichen Industriezweiges
- Ausgezeichnete Fachkenntnisse im Projektmanagement
- Souveränität im Umgang mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- ausgeprägte internationale Reisebereitschaft
