Job Summary
Create heat and energy certificates for new and existing projects while developing and evaluating energy and thermal protection concepts. Accompany new construction projects regarding the QNG and energy-efficient building standards, preparing documentation and certification materials. Advise clients on state funding programs and design appropriate funding strategies. Collaborate closely with architects, specialists, and building owners to deliver comprehensive solutions. This role is part of a growing energy consulting and planning office in Tostedt, where the team supports clients through project completion, offer reviews, and subsidy disbursement.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder Architektur (Bachelor oder Master)
- abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung mit Meistertitel
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen Bauphysik, Wärmeschutz, energieeffizientes Bauen
- Kenntnis mit relevanten Normen und Nachweisverfahren, beispielsweise dem GEG
- Bereitschaft, sich in Themen wie Normen und Nachweisverfahren einzuarbeiten
