Job Summary
Manage incoming customer inquiries via internal CRM, triaging tickets by urgency from minor issues to critical outages. Conduct initial WordPress diagnostics, estimate effort with developers, and translate client requirements into technical specifications. Act as the primary liaison between clients and the engineering team, handling price negotiations and ensuring accurate billing. Monitor the entire project lifecycle within the PM system to guarantee clean invoicing. Full-time role in Nürnberg with on-site presence required; offers include a Deutschlandticket, EGYM Wellpass, and development support.
Required Qualifications
- Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch (mindestens B2–C1)
- Homeoffice ist nett, aber du willst echte Menschen sehen
- Kein Problem damit haben, fest in unserem Büro am Rathenauplatz in Nürnberg zu arbeiten
Desired Qualifications
