Job Summary
Coordinate projects and cooperation initiatives by aligning internal teams, external service providers, and partners to transform discussions into concrete next steps. Manage communication with pharmacies regarding onboarding and support, while engaging with manufacturers and other market partners in close coordination with the executive team. Structure projects, document open items, and maintain transparency on current status and responsibilities. Support operational and sales-oriented topics surrounding partnerships and market development, contributing to the refinement of internal processes and cooperation standards. Drive the operational advancement of projects and cooperation ventures within the growing medical cannabis platform connecting patients, pharmacies, and manufacturers.
Required Qualifications
- erste bis mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Projektmanagement, Operations, Koordination, Partnermanagement oder Business Development
- Du arbeitest sehr strukturiert, zuverlässig und eigenständig
- Du kannst mehrere Themen parallel steuern, ohne den Überblick zu verlieren
- Du kommunizierst klar, professionell und verbindlich
- Du sprichst und schreibst sehr gut Deutsch
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Apotheken-, Pharma-, Gesundheits- oder Plattformumfeld
- Berührungspunkte mit dem Cannabis-Markt oder Interesse, dich schnell in das Thema einzuarbeiten
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern, Agenturen oder B2B-Kunden
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Tools für Kommunikation, Präsentation und Projektkoordination
