Job Summary
As a Projektmanager im Bahnbereich, you will be responsible for managing customer projects, especially for Deutsche Bahn and other railway companies, from planning to successful commissioning. Your role includes applying modern project management methods, leading cross-location teams, coordinating all project areas and trades, and ensuring the economic viability of complex infrastructure projects. You will manage costs, timelines, and quality while serving as the primary point of contact for both clients and internal teams. You are expected to provide support during the bidding phase and create management reports throughout project implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Completed degree in business administration, (technical) business administration, industrial engineering, or comparable field with a focus on project management.
- Strong project management experience.
- Ability to manage a project team towards self-organization.
- Fluent in German.
- Willingness to travel nationally for customer visits and site inspections.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in project management of customer-related, complex projects
- Project certificate such as IPMA Level C
- Experience in the field of train signaling and safety technology.
