Job Summary
Lead Finance and Accounting projects from requirement engineering through go-live for invoicing systems, ERP solutions, and software. Act as the central interface between Finance, Tax, Legal, and Tech to ensure seamless stakeholder collaboration. Conduct tax and accounting consultations while evaluating project impacts on compliance processes. Maintain structured documentation in repositories and manage ad-hoc requests regarding product changes, quality assurance, and regulatory standards. Ensure adherence to tax and accounting regulations and oversee pre-implementation approvals.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein Bachelor-/Masterstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem verwandten Bereich
- 4+ Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der Business-Analyse im Bereich Finance, Tax oder ERP-Transformation
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Buchhaltungs- und Steuervorschriften sowie nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Requirement Engineering
- Starke Erfolgsbilanz in der Koordination cross-funktionaler Teams, darunter Tech, Business, Legal und Tax
- Vertrautheit mit Rechnungsstellungssystemen wie SAP, E-Invoicing-Standards und regulatorischen Compliance-Anforderungen
- Ausgeprägte Stakeholder-Management- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse
- Verfügbarkeit für Deutschkenntnisse (als Plus, aber implizit erwartet für die Rolle)
