Job Summary
Lead planning, development, and execution of complex HKLS projects in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or food processing sectors. Coordinate planning with stakeholders, manage constructors, and oversee plan control for energy-efficient building technology. Provide technical supervision and coordinate planning services across all interface areas. Manage customer contact and reporting while ensuring sustainable implementation of high-installation building and plant technology. Requires structured work approach, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel. Salary starts at €63,000 gross annually.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, BSc. (FH) Studium o.ä.) im Bereich Gebäude- und/oder Energietechnik
- Berufserfahrung in Planung und Abwicklung von Hochbauprojekten aus gebäudetechnischer Sicht
- Erfahrung in der technischen Auslegung und Spezifikation von HKLS-Systemen
- Erfahrung mit energieeffizienter Gebäudetechnik
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit
- Kommunikationsstärke
- Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
- Geübt im Umgang mit Kunden, Auftragnehmern und Konsulenten
- Reisebereitschaft
