Job Summary
Lead planning, development, and execution of complex HKLS projects in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or food processing sectors. Coordinate design efforts with stakeholders, manage constructors, and oversee planning controls for energy-efficient building technology. Exercise technical supervision of HKLS planning services and all interface areas while managing client contacts and reporting. Implement sustainable, energy-saving building systems for future-ready structures. Requires structured work approach, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel. Based in Graz with public transport access, offering a modern, open corporate culture.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, BSc. (FH) Studium o.ä.) im Bereich Gebäude- und/oder Energietechnik
- Berufserfahrung in Planung und Abwicklung von Hochbauprojekten aus gebäudetechnischer Sicht
- Erfahrung in der technischen Auslegung und Spezifikation von HKLS-Systemen
- Erfahrung mit energieeffizienter Gebäudetechnik
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke
- Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
- Geübt im Umgang mit Kunden, Auftragnehmern und Konsulenten
- Reisebereitschaft
- ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse (Verhandlungssicher)
