Lead project management for complex construction projects across all planning phases according to HOAI, including cost, schedule, and quality control. Direct and organize internal and external project teams, coordinating with specialists and authorities. Facilitate planning meetings and user workshops to implement sustainable design goals. Manage stakeholder communication and ensure project outcomes meet high standards. Requires five years of experience in complex building projects and deep knowledge of German construction law. Located in Münster with flexible hours and home office options.
