Job Summary
Lead projects from planning to handover, managing budgets, tenders, and construction schedules while coordinating contractors and clients for seamless execution. Ensure adherence to standards and quality across Workplace, Education, Commercial, and Retail sectors in Switzerland. Serve as the central contact for all project partners, steering timelines and costs with full autonomy. Requires 3–5 years of construction leadership experience and a solid architectural or engineering background. Fluency in German is essential, with English and French advantageous. Required Qualifications
- Eigenverantwortliche Projektleitung von A–Z
- 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in Bauleitung, Umbauten und Sanierungen
- Solide Ausbildung als Architekt:in, Bauingenieur:in, dipl. Bauleiter:in oder Techniker:in HF Hochbau
- Umgang mit MS Office
- Umgang mit MS Project
- Umgang mit gängiger Bausoftware
- Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind sehr gut
- Einhaltung von Normen
