Job Summary
Conduct on-site measurements at construction sites and manage orders while triggering material requests. Coordinate schedules and collaborate closely with architects, clients, and installation teams. Monitor ongoing assembly work and provide technical and design consultation to architects and homeowners. Handle post-project processing, verification, and invoicing while addressing client concerns to ensure high execution quality. Work 100% full-time in a young, motivated team within a flat-hierarchy structure at an established Swiss family company.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Schreiner EFZ oder vergleichbare technische Grundausbildung
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Organisationstalent sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
- Freude an präzisem Arbeiten und an der Kombination von Büro- und Baustellentätigkeiten
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in EDV-gestützten Auftragsbearbeitungssystemen
- Kommunikationsstärke und kundenorientiertes Auftreten
