Manage complex high-rise construction projects across automotive, industry, and life science sectors, overseeing the full lifecycle from design planning through construction supervision and commissioning. Lead partial or deputy project leadership roles, responsible for scheduling, budgeting, and building quality standards while conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses. Provide technical, economic, and organizational consulting throughout the project duration, collaborating closely with building management experts and communicating effectively with all stakeholders on an equal footing. Requires an engineering or architecture degree with extensive project management experience and proficiency in tendering procedures and digital tools. Full-time or part-time (30+ hours/week) based in Germany with mobile work options and travel for project-dependent assignments.
