Lead project management for complex electronic solutions in coordination with product management and sales. Plan and coordinate testing, commissioning, integration, and documentation of software and hardware. Develop and specify modern aviation radio equipment in accordance with aviation standards and customer requirements. Provide technical support to sales during bidding processes. This role requires a degree in electrical or communication engineering and experience in product concept and project management. Fluency in German and English is essential, with knowledge of civil and military aviation norms being a plus. The position offers 38-hour workweeks with two days of remote work possible and 30 days of vacation.
