Job Summary
Lead technical building equipment projects (HLSK/ELT/MSR) with full responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality targets. Coordinate internal and external specialists across all HOAI performance phases, preparing technical concepts, planning documents, and tenders. Collaborate closely with architects, energy consultants, and clients while utilizing modern tools including Planfred, Revit, 3D laser scanning, and AVA software. Contribute to the development of internal quality standards within an interdisciplinary planning office focused on sustainable new construction and complex renovations in Berlin and Brandenburg.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Versorgungstechnik, Energie- und Gebäudetechnik, Gebäudesystemtechnik oder vergleichbar
- Mehrfjährige Erfahrung in der TGA-Projektleitung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Normen (HOAI, VOB, DIN, GEG)
- Sicherer Umgang mit CAD/Planungssoftware, AVA und MS Office
