Job Summary
Lead automation projects from proposal creation through commissioning, developing technical solutions with customers and internal teams while managing budgets, timelines, and resources. Coordinate cross-functional areas including sales, electrical construction, programming, and manufacturing to ensure economic project execution. Identify early project risks and implement pragmatic solutions, acting as the central interface between clients, project teams, and technical departments to deliver reliable industrial automation solutions. Manage long-term customer relationships and conduct occasional on-site visits.
Required Qualifications
- mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Steuerungs- oder Automatisierungstechnik
- ein solides kaufmännisches Verständnis für Kalkulationen, Budgets und Margen
- technische Sachverhalte klar und verständlich kommunizieren kannst – mündlich wie schriftlich
- strukturiert arbeitest und Verantwortung übernimmst
- bereits Projekte im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau geleitet hast
