Job Summary
Project leader SF-construction (m/f/d) responsible for the end-to-end management of assigned high-rise/structural works (SF-Bau), ensuring schedule, cost, and quality targets. Directly interface with external clients and the site team; manage project staffing and planning; provide technical and disciplinary leadership to senior site managers and foremen; maintain contract files including variations (Nachträge); negotiate and authorize NU services and cost changes. Requires a university degree or advanced training in civil/structural engineering or architecture or a related technical field, plus multiple years of site/project leadership experience in SF-Bau, strong reliability and leadership skills, and German language proficiency. Valid driver's license (Class B) is required. The role offers a permanent position with competitive salary, company car, potential company apartment, and extensive benefits; location can be Munich or Berlin depending on desired placement.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Weiterbildung als Bauingenieur / Architekt bzw. Techniker / Meister
- mehrjährige Erfahrung als Bauleiter im SF-Bau für Einstieg als Jung-Projektleiter oder mehrjährig als Projektleiter/Bauleiter/Oberbauleiter/Projektmanager im SF-Bau
- Zuverlässigkeit, Managementkompetenz, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Zielstrebigkeit, Empathie
- Deutschkenntnisse gut bis sehr gut
- Führerschein Klasse B
