Job Summary
Lead assigned construction projects across all processes, managing schedules, costs, and quality while coordinating directly with clients and on-site teams. Plan personnel deployment and lead technical and disciplinary staff including senior site leaders and foremen. Manage contract files, including amendments, and negotiate and award NU services while approving cost changes. Work in an established general contractor with over 100 years of history, handling high-standard technical and aesthetic projects in sectors like healthcare, education, and residential. Join a collaborative team supported by senior leadership for site steering.
Required Qualifications
