Job Summary
Coordinate complex turnkey interior and retail construction projects across Germany, steering contractors and subcontractors through all phases while managing costs, schedules, and quality. Conduct site visits, prepare execution plans, and independently close out projects while maintaining full visibility of the project cycle. Lead regular client consultations to ensure transparent communication and satisfaction. Operate with full trust-based autonomy, organizing a hybrid schedule between office and 80–100% remote work. Drive projects directly to the executive level without bureaucratic delays.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung als Techniker oder Meister oder ein Studium im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Bauprojektmanagement oder vergleichbar
- mindestens 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bau- oder Projektleitung
- Erfahrung im Hochbau oder Schlüsselfertigbau
- Deutsch auf mindestens C1-Niveau
- Führerschein der Klasse B
