Job Summary
Lead building technology project management from conception to realization, including technical supervision of new constructions and existing facilities. Manage tender processes by preparing specification documents and evaluating bids while overseeing procurement. Enforce strict control over schedules, quality, and budgets across all project phases. Coordinate acceptance and handover of building systems and serve as the central contact point for clients and contractors. Identify operational optimization opportunities and implement standards to enhance sustainability and building autonomy.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Anlagenbetriebstechnik, Technischer Gebäudeausrüstung, Versorgungstechnik, Energie- und Gebäudetechnik oder technischem Facility Management
- technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker im Bereich Heizung, Klima, Lüftung oder Sanitär
- Praxiserprobtes Fachwissen in der Projektleitung und -abwicklung gebäudetechnischer Maßnahmen
- Strukturiert, zuverlässig und flexibel – mit einem konsequenten Fokus auf Ergebnis- und Kostenorientierung
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, hohes Engagement und ein starkes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Ausgeprägtes Organisations- und Zeitmanagement – auch in einem komplexen, interdisziplinären Projektumfeld
