Job Summary
Coordinate construction teams and subcontractors for electrical installation projects while overseeing performance monitoring and material logistics. Manage project timelines, prepare estimates for change orders, and supervise framework contracts under STL-BauZ regulations. Lead site operations with full responsibility for your assigned scope, requiring experience in electrical engineering, team leadership, and business administration. A valid driving license and clean criminal record are required. We offer a 500€ welcome bonus plus an additional 1000€ after probation, a company car, and a service laptop.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung in der Leitung / Führung von Mitarbeitern und von Baustellen
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
- Umgang mit MS-Office, ERP, und CAD
- Sicher im Umgang mit der VOB und dem BGB
- Einwandfreies Führungszeugnis
