Job Summary
Lead multiple overhead line projects with full contractual, technical, and commercial responsibility, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Manage personnel, subcontractors, and external staff while maintaining safety standards. Prepare and execute construction sites with clear directive authority, monitoring progress to ensure timely acceptance and quality compliance. Analyze cost deviations, implement optimization measures, and assume end-to-end cost accountability for all projects. Enforce internal guidelines and actively drive process improvements. Work full-time in Berlin, Halle, or Essen with a 13th-month salary, company car, and comprehensive insurance. Requires engineering degree and familiarity with VOB/B regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder Technik
- Vertrautheit mit der VOB/B
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
- Führerschein Klasse B
Desired Qualifications
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Oberleitungssysteme – insbesondere im Nahverkehr
