Job Summary
Lead Microsoft 365 and Copilot projects by planning, steering, and implementing solutions focused on efficiency and automation. Analyze existing workflows to identify optimization opportunities and introduce new functions and best practices across the organization. Develop application scenarios for Copilot in Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint while building internal prompting competencies. Manage governance for Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Entra ID, including permission management and compliance. Digitize manual processes by creating automation workflows using Power Automate, Forms, Lists, and Planner. Train and coach employees on digital transformation tools and measure application utility to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung Informatik EFZ, Wirtschaftsinformatik HF/FH oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse: Microsoft 365 Umgebung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse: Microsoft Teams
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse: SharePoint-Strukturen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse: OneDrive
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse: Outlook / Exchange Online
