Lead software projects for clients ranging from SMEs to global automotive manufacturers by managing sprints, budgets, risks, and active change management. Oversee time, effort, and quality specifications while handling documentation and reporting. Act as a coach for an interdisciplinary team, conducting code reviews and allocating manpower as needed. Maintain existing software products and implement code reuse strategies. This role requires a background in Business Informatics or similar, with strong proficiency in C#, Java, Swift, JavaScript, React, or Python, alongside excellent database knowledge. Candidates must be deeply familiar with agile processes, Scrum, and milestones. The position offers flexible start dates, weekly company lunches, and a mobile work environment.
