Job Summary
Conduct soil surveys to assess and document soil conditions, develop soil protection concepts for construction and agricultural projects, and accompany large-scale construction sites as a soil expert. Communicate with clients, farmers, authorities, and other specialists while documenting results in expert reports and presentations. Lead projects independently in this field with a focus on environmental protection and climate action. Based in Cologne, Hagen, or Düsseldorf, this role offers flexible working hours and mobile work options where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in Bodenkunde, Agrarwissenschaften, Geographie, Geowissenschaften o. Ä.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Bodenfunktionsbewertungen und der Erstellung von Bodenschutzkonzepten
- Erfahrung in bodenkundlicher Kartierung nach KA5
Desired Qualifications
- Tiefbau-/Baustellenerfahrung wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse im Pflanzenanbau und in der Bodenrekultivierung von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse zur Bewertung von Böden unter bodenchemischen Aspekten (BBodSchG/BBodSchV, ErsatzbaustoffV, LAGA)
