Lead and economically steer demanding construction projects in structural engineering and building renovation, assuming full technical and economic project responsibility from preparation to settlement. Direct and coordinate junior site managers, foremen, and internal staff while ensuring schedules, costs, quality, and safety on site. Manage subcontractors and coordinate closely with calculation, procurement, and preparation teams, maintaining key client relationships and expanding business contacts.
