Lead and steer projects independently, coordinating specialists, clients, authorities, and internal teams to ensure cost, schedule, quality, and target goals are met. Organize and lead project, planning, and steering meetings while creating and maintaining schedules, cost plans, and project structure charts. Monitor planning progress, budgets, and project metrics; manage reporting, risk management, and offer/acquisition activities. Maintain project status reports, dashboards, and controlling documents while upholding quality and documentation standards.
