Job Summary
Lead technical building services projects in heating, climate, ventilation, and sanitary sectors, coordinating all building parties for contracts ranging from €200k to €3m. Manage full project execution including capacity planning, pre-delivery checks, and site performance standards while leading teams in personnel management. Operate as a self-reliant, customer-oriented leader within a young, flat-hierarchy team in Ratingen, offering an unlimited contract with above-average compensation, company car, and extensive training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung im Bereich der Gebäudetechnik (HKLS), z.B. Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Zentralheizungs- und Lüftungsbauer, Dipl.-Ing., Techniker oder Meister
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der technischen Montageabwicklung
- Fachkompetenzen in den Vorleistungsprüfung, Kapazitätsplanung und Baustellenleistungsstand
- Organisationstalent
- Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sehr hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Selbständige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrungen in der Mitarbeiterführung
