Job Summary
Plan, develop, and implement diagnostic test systems meeting highest quality standards while coordinating cross-functional teams for continuous process optimization. Define measurement approaches, data analysis methods, and automation strategies for devices such as blood glucose meters, alongside calibration and maintenance procedures. Manage project lifecycles by steering development activities within strict time, budget, and quality constraints, while identifying, evaluating, and mitigating project risks through scenario planning. Monitor project progress, generate reports, and align project plans with product roadmaps to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery. Work on future-oriented test systems in the medical technology environment within a supportive team culture.
