Job Summary
Lead project teams for technical building equipment and supply systems across all HOAI performance phases, developing concepts for supply technical installations and providing expert organizational support. Manage project controlling, monitor budgets, and ensure project success while advising clients on sustainable energy concepts and efficiency. Communicate work results to clients and coordinate with other planning stakeholders. Maintain a full-time schedule with flexible working hours and the option for mobile work, supported by a long-term secure position in a growing interdisciplinary engineering team.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossenes Studium der Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder ein dementsprechendes Studium
- fundierte Fachkompetenz im Bereich der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA)
- Mehjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektierung und Projektleitung sowie auch in der Objektüberwachung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen
- Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Selbstständigkeit
- hohe Belastbarkeit
- Teamfähigkeit
- Führerschein der Klasse B
