Lead project management and coordination for high-rise construction projects across infrastructure, education, disaster protection, and private housing. Direct client engagement to define project goals, assemble teams, and manage tendering processes. Independently coordinate and document project meetings, prepare decision proposals for stakeholders, and oversee administrative procedures with authorities. Execute risk management by identifying threats and implementing preventive measures while managing project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Optionally support DGNB certification efforts including lifecycle cost calculations and environmental balance studies.
