Job Summary
Project Manager in the Venture Unit EAP responsible for planning, managing and executing projects from procurement to handover, ensuring transparent information flow, adherence to milestones and quality/safety/hygiene regulations, budgeting and scheduling of production/automation systems, documenting requirements and cost analyses, conducting feasibility studies, driving process improvements, developing new technologies, and coordinating external contractors and assembly teams.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or completed technical education as a technical specialist (HF) or engineer (FH)
- Several years of experience in project management, ideally in an industrial environment
- Confident use of project management methods and tools
- Knowledge of quality assurance, lean management and cleanliness standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Assertiveness, an agile mindset and strong team spirit
- Very good German (level C1) and good English skills (minimum B2)
