Coordinate external planners and authorities while managing building permits, and draft access and neighborhood concepts for handover to the execution department. Drive full responsibility for own promotion and external objects from inception through construction approval, actively contributing to a three-person development team. Requires an architecture degree, experience in planning or development, and knowledge of Swiss norms.
