Job Summary
Lead comprehensive real estate development projects from initial concept to final handover, managing buyer relations and serving as the central interface between sales, client support, and architects. Develop innovative usage concepts and feasibility analyses while coordinating with architects, authorities, specialists, and investors. Steer project costs, timelines, and quality standards, actively shaping project strategy and future development areas. Requires a degree in architecture, civil engineering, or real estate economics with at least five years of experience in real estate development, plus knowledge of Swiss building law and administrative procedures. Full-time position in Basel with flexible working arrangements and a modern team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Immobilienwirtschaft oder Bereich mit Relevanz)
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienentwicklung oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
