Job Summary
Lead technical and economic steering of building technical projects across supply technology and electrotechnik, managing all performance phases from concept development through execution and handover. Plan building installations and coordinate cross-trade exchanges with clients, designers, and contractors while regularly visiting construction sites to compare plans with reality and develop creative solutions. Own schedules, costs, and quality using professional project management tools, and actively participate in tenders, awards, and contract negotiations. Contribute to the development of company standards, particularly in BIM, digitalization, and sustainable planning. Work on diverse projects ranging from green schools to complex hospital construction within a flat hierarchy that encourages input on ideas and workplace design.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Versorgungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Einschlägige Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Projektleitung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen (HLSK und/oder Elektrotechnik)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der HOAI, VOB, VOL, DIN-Normen sowie der relevanten technischen Regelwerke
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- IT-Affinität
- Bereitschaft, Dich in neue Tools einzuarbeiten
- Kommunikationsstärke auf allen Ebenen
- Sicheres, lösungsorientiertes Auftreten
- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
Desired Qualifications
- Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Planungs- und Projektmanagementsoftware, z.B. Revit, AutoCAD, LiNear, Caneco, Dialux, ORCA AVA, Simaris oder iTWO
