Job Summary
Lead PV projects from sales handover through finished DC mounting, managing teams for roof hooks, rails, modules, and cabling while planning schedules, materials, and resources. Coordinate trades for scaffolding and roofing, verify measurements, and issue material orders. Serve as the primary client contact during construction, resolving issues and ensuring compliance with standards and documentation for smooth AC commissioning. Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements within the DC department. Requires a tradesperson's background with solar site experience, leadership history, and Class B license. Full-time role with competitive compensation in a stable industry.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung (Spengler, Dachdecker, Zimmermann, Polymechaniker o.ä.)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung auf Solar-Baustellen
- Erste Führungserfahrung als Vorarbeiter, Polier oder Teamleiter
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Führerschein Klasse B
Desired Qualifications
- Weiterbildung als Polier, Bauleiter oder Solarteur
- Erfahrung mit Planungs- und CRM-Tools (z.B. Reonic)
