Job Summary
Manage internal and external permitting and planning tasks while overseeing project control, construction sequencing, and resource planning. Act as the primary contact for clients and contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of civil engineering projects. Coordinate subcontractors for pipe and cable installation, prepare documentation for internal services, and handle billing and change order management. Requires a technical degree or master school certification, preferably with experience in trenching and HDD drilling methods. Full-time role based in North Rhine-Westphalia with occasional nationwide site visits; Class B driver's license required. Join a flat-structured team serving telecom providers, energy utilities, and industrial clients.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen Umfeld
- Meisterschule abgeschlossen
- Führerschein der Klasse B (Pkw)
- Einsatz auf der Baustelle im Bundesgebiet (tageweise, überwiegend NRW)
- Projektsteuerung
- Bauablauf- u. Ressourcenplanung
- Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern und Bauherren
- Überwachung und Koordination von Nachunternehmern bei der Rohr- u. Kabelverlegung
- Abrechnung und das Nachtragsmanagement
Desired Qualifications
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung von Tief- und Leitungsbauprojekten
- Kenntnisse im Bereich HDD-Spülbohrverfahren
