Job Summary
Lead heating, ventilation, sanitary, and climate projects from planning through construction supervision, managing object oversight per HOAI phases and coordinating interfaces between technical and civil trades. Drive economic execution within defined frameworks while handling VOB invoicing, change management, and strict control of schedules, costs, and quality. Requires a degree in supply technology or equivalent engineering, minimum three years of project leadership experience, and proficiency with MS Office and MS Project. Full-time or part-time role with flexible hours at a modern engineering firm specializing in technical building services.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Versorgungstechnik oder ein vergleichbares Ingenieurstudium
- TGA-Meister oder -Techniker mit Schwerpunkt Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär oder Klima
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Praxiserfahrung in der Objektüberwachung und Projektleitung im HLS/SHK-Bereich
- Sicherer, praxiserprobter Umgang mit VOB
- Sicherer, praxiserprobter Umgang mit HOAI
- Sicherer, praxiserprobter Umgang mit dem technischen Regelwerk der TGA
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Project
- Eigenverantwortlich
