Lead fiber optic projects and coordinate site supervision while managing relationships with clients and authorities. Oversee personnel and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Handle procurement negotiations and change order management, while maintaining existing client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities. Contribute to technical advancement and digitalization initiatives. Requires a technical degree, extensive leadership experience in civil engineering, and knowledge of VOB regulations.
