Job Summary
Develop energy concepts, feasibility analyses, and economic calculations for energy contracting projects. Simulate heat pump and PV system performance while conducting energy audits and managing energy monitoring (AMEV). Calculate offers for heating, cooling, and electricity contracts, then coordinate planning partners, optimize designs, and oversee quality, cost, and schedule planning. Communicate directly with clients and partners to drive project execution. Requires multiple years of practical experience in energy contracting project leadership, a relevant engineering degree, and strong knowledge of KfW and BAFA funding programs. Based in Karlsruhe or Berlin with flexible working models including partial remote work.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Projektleitung von Energiecontractingprojekten
- Studium im Bereich Umweltingenieurwesen, Gebäude-/Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudeklimatik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Hohe Kenntnisse in Förderprogrammen (KfW, BAFA) und energiewirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen
- Hohe baupraktische und rechtliche Kenntnisse bei der Sanierung von Wohnungs- und Bürobauten
- Fundierte IT-Affinität inkl. sehr guten Kenntnissen in MS Office
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Desired Qualifications
- Kenntnisse in Branchensoftware wie PV-Sol, Polysun, IDA ICE, nPro Energy etc.
