Projektleiter Bau (m/w/d) | Berlin | Vollzeit

Prepare construction projects in coordination with clients or internal development, coordinating the project team and stakeholders through all phases until turnkey completion. Manage external contractors and internal teams while overseeing construction production workflows in collaboration with local site leadership. Execute cost and schedule control including change order management, staff and heavy equipment disposition, and ensure compliance with all regulations and internal policies. Requires a completed civil engineering degree and extensive experience as a project manager in SF construction, with C1 German proficiency.
