Job Summary
Coordinate construction projects from preparation through handover by aligning with clients and internal development teams. Manage project teams, subcontractors, and specialist planners while overseeing production workflows and local site leadership. Execute cost and schedule control including change order management, resource disposition, and personnel allocation. Ensure compliance with regulations and operational guidelines. This role supports Ten Brinke's international construction and asset management operations, working within a flat organizational structure across Europe.
Required Qualifications
