Establish new CarLiner installations and lead workshops and webinars for customers while managing project planning, organization, and overall responsibility. Act as the primary contact for existing and new users, delivering product and company presentations during presales activities. Accept customer requirements and coordinate them with the product management team, while driving the upselling of new CarLiner modules and facilitating technical exchanges regarding the software solution's development. Maintain project and customer documentation and represent the company at trade association events and exhibitions. This role supports the organization and implementation of CarLiner for dealers in the automotive sector, requiring a commercial background with experience in car dealerships and strong organizational skills.
